1. What materials do you use for your jewelry?

We use natural freshwater pearls, glass beads, gold and silver plated stainless steel (so no skin reactions), and other high-quality materials. Our jewelry is designed to be hypoallergenic. Each piece is more than handmade, it’s heartmade💜

2. Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We love creating unique pieces. If you have a special request, contact us, and we’ll discuss the possibilities.

3. How long does shipping take?

We ship across Europe! Orders placed before 14:00 (Amsterdam time) are sent out the same day. Delivery times vary by country, but you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. 🚀

4. What is your return policy?

If you’d like to return an item for any reason, just email us at info@prettymatch.com, and we’ll send you the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer💌

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable.
