Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We don't process or ship on weekends or Dutch public holidays.

Where we ship

We ship from Amsterdam via PostNL to the Netherlands and all countries in the European Union.

Delivery times start after processing and don't include weekends or public holidays.

Outside the EU?

We don't ship outside the EU through the website right now, but we'd still love to send you something. Email us at info@prettymatch.shop and we'll arrange it for you personally, with the exact shipping cost for your country.

Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
