Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and Dutch public holidays.

All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, the Netherlands via PostNL.
Europe
Free shipping on all orders over €60. For orders under €60, a flat shipping rate of €4.50 applies. Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.
Rest of the World
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight and are always charged to the buyer.

Prices are indicative and VAT-exempt. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Tracking
All international orders outside Europe are shipped with track & trace. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Pretty Match is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
